Description

This dataset contains Table S2, which reports Kimura 2-parameter (K2P) genetic distances and disparity index (ID) within and between genera of the Chlorellaceae family for the 18S rRNA and ITS DNA barcode markers. For each genus, the table presents the number of sequence pairs (N), the minimum, mean (± standard deviation) and maximum K2P distances, and the percentage of pairs with a significant disparity index.
