Introduction<\/strong> Our platform supports the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH v2.0) to facilitate the discoverability and interoperability of institutional research data<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Metadata Policy &amp; Licensing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access:<\/strong>\u00a0All metadata exposed via our OAI-PMH interface is Open Access and freely available to any harvester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Licensing:<\/strong>\u00a0The metadata is dedicated to the public domain under the\u00a0<strong>Creative Commons CC0 (Public Domain Dedication)<\/strong>\u00a0license. Harvesters may copy, modify, and distribute the metadata without restriction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metadata Formats:<\/strong>\u00a0The repository supports the mandatory\u00a0<code>oai_dc<\/code>\u00a0(Dublin Core) schema. For richer data structures, the\u00a0<code>oai_datacite<\/code>\u00a0format is also available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Data Re-use &amp; Attribution Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Service providers harvesting metadata from this repository must provide a direct hyperlink back to the original record page within any of our open access platform.<\/li>\n<li>Harvested metadata must not be misrepresented, altered to distort its original scientific meaning, or sold commercially as a standalone dataset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Technical Implementation &amp; Throttling Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rate Limiting:<\/strong>\u00a0To ensure service availability, a maximum limit of\u00a0<strong>3 requests per second per IP address<\/strong>\u00a0is enforced.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pagination:<\/strong>\u00a0Records are paginated using the\u00a0<code>resumptionToken<\/code>\u00a0mechanism, serving a maximum of 100 records per request page. Harvesters must respect and process the\u00a0<code>resumptionToken<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bulk Harvesting Windows:<\/strong>\u00a0For full-repository harvesting, service providers are highly encouraged to schedule tasks during off-peak hours (e.g., between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM GMT+8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OAI PMH 1.
